SHIPPING POLICY
- We ship the order within 2-7 days after receiving your order. When the product is ready to ship.
- We delivered them within a week to 14 days via standard shipping.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/message with tracking details.
- If any delays, will be conveyed to the customer on priority.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
- We accept exchanges and returns due to incorrect sizes.
- As we do not have reverse pickup facility, the customer will have to ship it by themselves to us and the shipping cost be borne by them.
- If return, Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
- To exchange an item, contact us or you can drop a mail to labeldhage@gmail.com with subject to EXCHANGE – ORDER NO – NAME. Once received and approved will we send you an address to courier it back to us.
- Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
- PRODUCT IN SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
